「ソニーのiPhoneください」って言われて、
“Can I get a Sony iPhone?” I was asked and,
ああ、Xperiaのことかな、と思って案内したら
I thought “ah, I guess he means Xperia” and so I showed it to him
「だから、ソニーのiPhoneですよ!」
“I told you, a Sony iPhone!”
ってiPhone売り場まで連れていかれ、
He said and took me to the iPhone section
「この中でソニーのiPhoneどれですか?
Out of them, which one is the Sony iPhone?
私はソニーのしか使ったことがないから、
I’ve only used Sony before so,
東芝とかパナソニックとかのiPhone渡されても
Even if you give me a Toshiba, Panasonic or any other iPhone
操作できないんですよ!」
I can’t use it!
とまくしたてられ、
He spouted off
「いや…iPhoneは全てアップルって (EXAMPLES) メーカーが作ってるのでどれも同じですよ」
“Well… iPhones are all made by a manufacturer called Apple so they are all the same”
って伝えても
Even though I told him so,
「私のはソニーなの!!
Mine is Sony!!
アップルなんて聞いたことがない!!
I’ve never heard of Apple and such
契約したときにしっかりソニーと言われました!」
When I signed the contract, I was definitely told that it was a Sony!
とかブチギレしだして
He started to blow up
当店にはソニーのiPhoneはありませんね・・・
Our shop doesn’t have a Sony iPhone…
他のお店当たってください・・・
Please try another store…
と言うしかなかった。
That’s all I could say.

It is used in casual speech. You can also use “a verb ta-form + ら” for suggestions or advice which sounds nicer than a verb + ば.
