  • れます – can see (the potential form of 見ます is 見られます but ら is often removed nowadays)
  • ためしあれ (classical imperative expression) – (lit. let there be a try) give it a try
  • うーん – onomatopoeia for groaning
  • 個人差こじんさ – individual differences
