- 凶暴 – aggressive, violent
- 遭遇する – to run into
- キラッ – onomatopoeia for glaring, targeting
- シュッ – onomatopoeia for quick movement
- 襲う – to attack
- verb te-form + くる – used when the action moves towards the speaker
- ダッ – onomatopoeia for running in an aggressive way
- 任せとけ (= 任せておけ) – leave it to me (imperative)
- おい – hey in an aggressive way
- 出てこい – come on out (imperative)
- 〜にする – to make something out of it
- verb te-form + やる – give the action to an inferior
- ブンブン – onomatopoeia for swinging something aggressively

お茶がこれを言うと、鳥は全然襲ってきません。鳥に襲われたら、言ってみてください。
When Ocha says this, the bird won’t attack us. If you get attacked by a bird, please try saying this.

Many years ago when I worked at a golf course in Woollahra, I would be tenaciously pursued on my motorbike by a swooping magpie (perhaps the very same one I had as a chick returned from the ground to its nest?). If only I had known what to say! 「おい!鳥!出てこい!。。。」
Hahaha, Australian birds are sometimes very aggressive… but they obviously don’t want to become a fried chicken so if you run into them next time, try saying this out loud 😀
