Vocabulary & Grammar

• みんな – everybody
• お風呂ふろ – bath, bathing
• 大好だいすき – to love
• 冬ふゆ – winter
• は – topic particle
• よく – often
• 〜に入はいる – to get into … (お風呂ふろに入はいる – to have a bath)
• はぁ〜 – onomatopoeia for sighing
• いい – good
• 湯ゆ – hot water (いい湯ゆ = good hot water = good bath)
• だった – it was (past tense of だ)
• じゃあ – then
• 私わたし – I, me
• も – too, also
• 入はいろ (= 入はいろう） – will get in (volitional form of 入はいる)
• ザブン – onomatopoeia for splashing water
• ドア – door
• 〜を閉しめる – to close/shut …
• verb masu-form stem + 忘わすれる – to forget to do something
• verb dictionary form + と – when one does something
• いつも – always
• こう – like this (いつもこう = always like this = this always happens)
• です – it is (formal version of だ)
