• 寝ねていた – was sleeping
• clause + とき – when
• おなか – stomach, tummy
• 〜が鳴なる – (stomach) rumbles/growls
• ぐううう – onomatopoeia for growling
• すると – and then
• ムクッ – onomatopoeia for getting up all of a sudden
• 反応はんのうしてる – is reacting
