• 悪夢あくむを見みる – (lit. to see nightmares) to have nightmares
• ひー – onomatopoeia for crying out with a pitiful voice
• 部屋へやを暗くらくして – make the room dark and
• ギャー – onomatopoeia for screaming
• 見みれます – can see (the potential form of 見ます is 見られます but ら is often removed nowadays)
• お試ためしあれ (classical imperative expression) – (lit. let there be a try) give it a try
• うーん – onomatopoeia for groaning
• 個人差こじんさ – individual differences
